The Dress

This Wendy Makin couture dress was made with a few fun touches. The little sleeves were added to the beautifully structured bodice, to give it a more 60s classical look. The back scoops a little but can still be worn with a bra if desired - there is a bra clip built in to keep the back of the bra in place.

The beautifully soft skirt feels amazing on, it has been altered to have a slight rise at the front, so your shoes just peek out, which I loved as my shoes were a very important feature on the day. The pink petals fall beautifully and the small train is only the top layer of tulle with the petals, so it is very delicate and soft.

I am usually a size 10 but have a DD bust, I listed this as a size 12 on here as it could always be taken in for a smaller waist.

There may also be a few little elastic loops missing on the buttons which run up the back, to hide the invisible zip, but this can be easily repaired at minimum cost.

The dress was perfect for my big day, it is easy to wear, classical, soft and feminine. A beautiful creation that I would love to be worn again and make someone else's day just perfect.
