The Dress
Beautiful mermaid style ivory dress bought in August 2016 from specialist wedding dress shop. The dress has been expertly wet cleaned and is immaculate. The beading on the lace overlay is stitched on and the bodice is boned. This is a longer length dress to fit 5' 9" bride plus 2/3" heel, but could easily be shortened if need. This is a current Art Couture design and is very flattering. The corset back allows easy adjustment from size 12 to 16 depending how tight the lacing is pulled - great if you're worried about losing or gaining the odd inch. The lace is laid over an ivory sateen, with netting from the knee. The train has an attachment to allow it to be made into a bustle. Original purchase price £1000.
