I've measured the dress lying flat so let me stress that these measurements are as accurate as possible, but might be slightly off as it's very difficult to measure this dress as there are no side seams and the sequined fabric makes it tricky!
Bust - I measured this across the back from underarm to underarm: 42cm.
It's difficult to measure the bust size from the front as the cups are moulded so it's not straight across.
The cups are size E-F.
Top of shoulder to waist: 35cm
Top of shoulder to top of split: 79cm
Top of shoulder to hem at front: 154cm
Waist: 62cm
Hips: 82cm
A good dress maker could surely make alterations if required.
