The Dress

Gorgeous vintage style wedding gown. This dress is by the British designer Charlotte Balbier. I brought the dress (which I still love) but as I now know happens to many others I carried on looking and fell in love with another gown, hence why this is unworn and with tags.

The dress has a beautiful lace appliqué all over the body and a scalloped train. The sleeves are 3/4 length in a see through lace. The sleeves and neckline are covered in sequins and crystal beads. My favourite feature of this dress is the buttons that go all the way down the back right to the bottom of the train. Please note the dress does up with a zip and the buttons are more of a feature (no fiddling around with the individual buttons as with other dresses I tried).

This dress is a size 12. I am 5"1 so had intended on getting the dress altered as it is too long for me. My dressmaker was also going to add some pearls and beads to the appliqué to add a bit more bling!

The RRP was £1300 but I got on sale at £900 as it is a sample dress. I would really like this dress to be part of someone's special day & at this bargain price I hope you will consider making an offer.
