Never worn. This dress was bought brand-new at Beholden in New York, 2016. But dress was damaged by the seamstress. She tried to extend the waist after cutting tulle too short for 5'8" .
I think New Tulle could be added to cover her alterations attempting to add length or move entire waist up, to make dress shorter...to about 5'5 in length

Alterations were started on the bodice but not finished.
Dress needs work, but has never been worn and could work beautifully for the right height. And it is 1/4 of the price!
