I am pleased to say that I am the original owner of this stunning Carolina Herrera couture gown, deservingly called "Amore". It is a breathtaking dress and the detailed pearls, beads and silk and taffeta floral decor is stunning! I couldn't count the number of compliments I received that day! Even the photographer, makeup and hair artists said it's the most beautiful dress they've ever seen. Truly stunning and I know the new owner will love this dress as well!

Professionally dry cleaned the day after the wedding and now resting in a gown box with acid free papers.

The gown is in great condition, however there may be a few small beads missing after a night of dancing! The dress is so detailed that you cannot tell if a bead or sequence has gone astray.

How does it fit?
Since this dress is an A-Line ball gown in fits any figure beautifully. I'm pear shaped so the fitted chest and waist made my figure look slim, and the A line bottom will look great on every figure.

The dress needed very little alterations, but I had the tulle and lining hemmed to my height, 5' 8" wearing flats - and the dress can be easily hemmed to a shorter height as well. My US street sizes are dress size 4-6, skirt size 4, top size M or 4, and jeans 29 waist.

Boning was added to the top of the dress to make sure the fabric near the seam did not curve inward and cups were added that will fit size B-C cup size easily. I'm a 34 B and there was plenty of room to go up in size if needed. (And cups are easy to replace!)

Although the dress is a ball gown shape with a small train, it was very light weight! An easy to tie French bustle with ribbon closures is already completed and was great for securing the small train during the evening reception.
