The Dress

Congratulations on your engagement! Hopefully this will be the dress of your dreams, just like it was mine.

The Dress:
I purchased this stunning dress from Karen Willis Holmes in Armadale. It was worn for my wedding in September 2017 and was dry-cleaned by Syndal's Bridal Dry Cleaners, as recommended by Karen Willis Holmes. Looks brand new!

The dress is gorgeous, feminine and very comfortable to wear. My receipt from Karen Willis Holmes, Armadale describes it as: Spaghetti strap bodice with 3D bodice and mixed sequin bias skirt.

Alterations: I purchased the hemming package at Karen Willis Holmes which included pinning and sewing the hem to the correct length, similar to the original shape. I am 163cm tall and wore 9cm heels. I also had the spaghetti straps shortened, however the stitching can easily be removed to return them to their full length. The dress also has a bustle so you can tie up the train later on in the wedding (so convenient!).

Minor damage: Sequins are missing from a very small section of the dress, however this can easily be fixed by a seamstress/tailor. Dress includes a bag of spare sequins from Karen Willis Holmes.

Price: I paid $2944 for the dress (including the hemming package) and paid $380 for it to be dry-cleaned at Syndal's Bridal Dry Cleaners. I am very keen to sell my dress so I’m more than happy to negotiate the price.
