The Dress

From the studio - Bespoke collection, this stunning dress was purchased in late 2015 for our 2016 wedding in Italy. Still a current model from within the Studio bespoke collection (see https://www.karenwillisholmes.com/studio-bespoke). I fell in love with Karen Willis Holmes when looking for my wedding dress, all of her dresses are stunning. The Piper Dress is simple elegance.

The outer layer is corded lace V-neck bodice with a fitted fluted skirt, it excentuates the beautiful and natural shape of a woman. It has a simple but stunning train with scalloped lace edge. The inner lining of the dress is 100% satin. The dress has support built into it and you never ever feel like it is wearing you. During our wedding I did not once have to think about pulling it up, down or anything, a perfect fit from the moment it went on to the moment I took it off.

I was an exact fit of the standard size available in the shop (size 10). In the Paddington shop I had the bust enhances fitted, so no bra is required. In Italy I had the hem just slightly shortened by a local clothing designer. In shortining the hem he removed the scalloped edge, shortened the hem and then re attached the scalloped edge. The local designer refused to attach a bustle to pick the train up, told me it would be a crime. So the back of the dress is unaltered. I am 167 cm tall and I wore 13 cm heels with it.

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned and is available with the orginal bag and spare buttons (none used). I also purchased one of the KWH belts seperate to the dress (optional item). Dress to be sold without the belt as I would like a keep sake from my wedding. The belt can be purchased direct from KWH (also other models are available).

Just a wonderful, wonderful dress I am a little heart broken to sell it.
