It's a selena gown top to bottom.
Would fit size 8 / 6 around the top (possibly even 10 as it's a lace back which you can tighten or loosen) and waist / size 10 around the hip (as it flares down)
Bust enhancers added.
The dress has removable 8 organza panels / layers with zip and string back. Very delicate top lace
I am 160cm (the dress was not taken up)
