New, never worn, purchased on Sept 22, 2017. Satin Halter White with Black details. This dress is sized an 18W.
BUST: 45" WAIST: 38.5 HIPS: 47.75" SHOULDER WIDTH 18" HALLOW TO FLOOR 61".
Built in crinoline, You would not need a bustier with this dress as the top appears to have that built in as well. I can send a pic of the top if requested. I could not make my mind up between two dresses and I purchased both. It has been a difficult decision to make as this dress is beautiful and I wish I could wear both on my day.
