The Dress

This was such an amazing dress for my wedding, and even though I am so sad to sell it, I can't wait for another bride to wear it on their special day!

The Tibet has a mesh illusion off shoulder neckline with a sweetheart layer underneath. It features a 3/4 illusion lace motif sleeve with buttons at the wrists, and has a mid V-neck back with a zipper and covered buttons. It has a fit and flare shape with lace motifs all over the dress and train. It is an ivory coloured lace, with a champagne underlayer. This combination really makes the lace stand out!

It is a standard UK size 16, and I am a usual street size of AU 14 (below are the measurements of the dress). I had some darts put into the back to take it in slightly around the waist (which can be removed as if they were never there!), and had some extra cups put in to the bodice. I am 6'0 (181cm) tall and this dress was a perfect length on me without heels, so it is a stock standard UK 16 as if you were to buy it straight from a bridal store! I was told that the dress can be altered 4 sizes down without affecting the shape of the dress itself, so this dress is suitable for sizes ranging from a UK 8-16 (same as Aus).

It was cleaned within one month of the wedding that was in November 2017.
