The Dress

This is a beautiful Kate Halfpenny creation called Esme from the 2016/17 collection. Retailing at £2,500 new.

Esme is romantic and modern at the same time, and made me feel like the most special bride in the world.

The moment I put this dress on in the boutique, I knew it was the one I wanted to get married in - nothing else could compare.

The strapless dress features all-over embroidered organza, with two layers of silk and a delicate sweetheart neckline. This is a size 2, equivalent to a UK size 10. I am 5'10" and wore 3 inch heels, so it will be long enough for most brides.

This dress really is stunning and I hope will make another bride feel just as amazing on their big day.

The dress has had minor adjustments to the bust to take it in. Some of the lining in the bust has been re-stitched.

The dress has been dry cleaned by a wedding dress specialist, and looks near perfect, but there are some marks on the bottom of the underneath layers, which would go if you were shorter than me and had it taken up.
