The Dress

I purchased the stunning Anya gown from Karen Willis Holmes in Paddington Brisbane for my wedding in April 2017. The gown has dimensional sequin beading bodice with mixed sequin bias skirt. It feels incredibly beautiful to wear, is extremely flattering and has a modern touch to it.

The Anya gown is a size 4 that would fit a AUS size 6 - 8.

The gown has been professionally dry cleaned at Leon’s Fine Dry Cleaning Brisbane. It is in excellent condition with no noticeable signs of wear - no marks, stains or tears. It comes in its original dress bag.

I had the dress customised to have thicker straps than than the original Spagetti straps. This was done with the same sequin material as the dress, which I found made the dress more comfortable. The dress was hemmed to my height of 170cms - I wore flats with the dress. A bustle was added to be able to pin the dress up when your ready to party. Bust enhancers have been added, and the back of the dress slightly lowered. All alterations took place at Karen Willis Holmes Paddington by their seamstress.

The gown cost $2499, the hemming was an additional $495, bust Enhancers $75 and customisation of the straps was $350
