Why is my message quarantined?
We take security very seriously at Stillwhite. Your first message to each seller is quarantined for up to two hours while our system checks for spam and other suspicious behaviour. This helps keep everybody safe.
Once the quarantine period is over, all replies are sent instantly.
You can see your quarantined messages in the Sent Items folder. Opening the conversation will show a countdown timer indicating the scheduled delivery time for the message.
If your message has been quarantined for longer than 2 hours, it's possible it has been marked for manual review. In these cases, please contact Stillwhite support.
