The platform is great. Really easy to use and my purchase feels protected. My only feedback in terms of usage is that PayPal provided my shipping address and I hope you adjust the platform where I can put my address in myself. I hadn’t used my PayPal account in over 8 years so when PayPal automatically provided my address, we had to cancel the transaction and redo the purchase. Luckily we got everything straightened out, but please fix your platform so that the customer can manually put their address in. Anyway, I’m really excited to receive my dress. It’s an international shipment so we shall see how smooth everything goes from here on out.

The setup is very user friendly and intuitive, and the template for the listing is well thought out and thorough. The process of making the sale, collecting payment, entering tracking, etc., all worked very well.
