MY DREAM DRESS - A SIMPLE AND CLASSIC STRAPLESS BALLGOWN WITH POCKETS

The description from the designer says that this modern royal style is here to stay, and it lives on through this simple and classic ballgown silhouette! The grand ballgown of beautiful Pearl Mikado features a straight-across strapless neckline—made with a full-standard construction bodice for optimal fit. Seaming through the bodice adds support and structure. With added pockets in the full skirt, it's hard to not fall in love with this classic and clean yet distinctly modern wedding dress.

For me this dress was everything! It made me feel incredible and truly beautiful on my special day and I would really love for it to do the same for another bride. The strong boning in the corset and the shape of the dress, nipping you in at the smallest part of your waist, is so flattering for a ballgown silhouette.

I loved the dramatic long train with beautiful button detail that went all the way down the back of the dress. There is a wrist loop in the skirt that meant I could hold it up after the ceremony as I walked around. The dress was so comfortable I partied in it all day and night - using the 3 ribbon points under the skirt to bustle the dress for the dance floor.

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned. There are some small, very faint marks on the skirt and one tiny burn hole on the hem which could easily be hemmed. I can send photos of these via email before purchasing to make sure you're happy

I am 5'6 (168cm) height and I wore 10cm (almost 4inch) heels on my big day.

Alterations

I had a beautiful fine lace top with sleeves made to wear over the dress. It is does not attach to the dress in any way so is a completely separate and optional addition. The dress looks stunning with or without it.

I will gift the lace top for no additional cost if you would like it. It has a very faint pale pink hue on the arms that when worn becomes completely invisible.
