The Dress
I purchased this beautiful Georgia Young 'Butter' gown in April 2023 from a lovely lady off Stillwhite. As soon as I tried it on in her spare bedroom, I knew it was 'the one'.
The previous owner purchased direct from Georgia Young and wore it for approx. 4 hours (as her ceremony dress). It was dry cleaned and then sold to me. I had it professionally altered to fit me better and to make it 'mine' - we shortened the train, and added a wrist strap and 'hook and eye' to bustle.
I decided to wear mine for the full event. This dress is currently being dry cleaned at Syndal's Bridal Dry Cleaners as recommended by Georgia and will come with the certificate.
I'd love to see it get more wears, instead of living in a box for the rest of it's life.
It will be available for try-ons from August 2024. We are about to honeymoon overseas for 3 months!
I am also selling an altered version of the Georgia Young 'Peaches' veil with the dress (included in price). I had it professionally altered to have it frame my face better.
