The Dress
This gorgeous dress has three layers, a champagne coloured sheath underskirt, a lace covered tulle skirt and the outer layer that is connected to the bodice.It is both stylish and flattering. I felt fabulous wearing it. I wore the dress for both the ceremony and reception.
Alterations
The bodice has been joined in the middle to reduce the gap from the original design. I also had the tulle over skirt, shortened in the front so as not to step on it and the shoulder seems taken in. A loop was attached to the outer skirt to picked up the train and loop over a button at the rear.This meant I could dance without fear of tearing it. The alterations were done by a professional bridal seamstress.
