The Dress

Absolutely loved my Bo & Luca, Freesia dress. I know someone out there will also! It's too beautiful to sit in a cupboard.

From the moment I tried it on I knew it was perfect for me. It's so light and delicate and was so comfortable all night (I didn't need to change for comfort later)

It comprises of 4 light layers, the first is a soft silk and then three layers of lace/tulle are on top. It's beautifully made with fine seams and perfect detailing, all hand beaded in India. My seamstress who did some alterations (listed below) said it was one of the best made dresses she has seen in a long time.

I felt beautiful all day and night and I received so many compliments about the dress.

I'm also selling my Bo & Luca veil for $150 RRP $420. Can be sold separately.

It's labeled a size 10 but I had my seamstress take in the seams so it was more fitted around the waist. It would fit a size 8-10, I think if you were a 6 it could also be taken in a little more at the waist and it might be ok.

I also had the length taken up, I am quite tall, 177cm and wore an 8cm heel, so it might need to be taken up more if you are shorter.

I had a bustle fitted so we could pin up the train for later and a ribbon was fitted so I could pop it around my wrist when needed.

It's just been professionally dry cleaned by a wedding dress specialist ($450). There is a small dirt mark on the lace layer on the inside at the bottom of the train. It took me quite an inspection to find it and you can't see it from the outside so I would say the condition of the dress is nearly perfect.
